Roomie Remote is an intuitive and user-friendly app that transforms your smartphone or tablet into a universal remote control for your home devices. It allows you to consolidate all your remotes and control your entertainment systems, smart lights, thermostats, and more from a single app.
Once installed on your mobile device, Roomie Remote connects to the devices on your home WiFi network and automatically detects equipment such as TVs, streaming media players, AV receivers, Blu-ray players, and smart home devices. You can then customize and organize all your devices into one easy-to-browse remote. It comes packed with advanced remote control features like macros, customizable buttons, themes and layouts.
Roomie is extremely versatile - it can control over 250,000 devices. The database has IR codes for popular brands of home entertainment equipment, allowing Roomie to replicate their remote control functionality. Also with IP control over the network, you can command more modern connected devices. Roomie also works with wireless RF remotes if needed for older gear.
