The rules of the 75 Hard challenge are:
Follow a diet with no cheat meals and no alcohol for 75 days
Work out twice per day for 45 minutes each session - with one workout being outside regardless of the weather
Drink at least 1 gallon of water per day
Read 10 pages of a nonfiction personal development book per day
Take a progress photo each day
The purpose of the 75 Hard challenge is to build extreme mental toughness, self-discipline, better habits and fitness.
