What is Beatboxer?

Beatboxer is a digital audio workstation (DAW) designed specifically for beatboxing and vocal percussion-based music creation. It provides an array of tools to capture, manipulate, and arrange vocal sounds into professional-sounding musical projects.

At its core, Beatboxer allows you to record sounds using your microphone and map them to pads that can be triggered and manipulated using MIDI controllers or your computer keyboard. An extensive library of effects like compression, EQ, reverb, delay allows you to sculpt your vocal sounds exactly how you want them.

One of Beatboxer's standout features is its sequncer and pattern editor. You can program your vocal sounds into rhythmic patterns, combine these patterns into blocks, and arrange blocks on a timeline to create full compositions. Unlimited tracks and layers give you flexibility to build intricate arrangements using your voice.

Beatboxer also provides sampling capabilities to import existing sounds as well as virtual instruments to incorporate drums, bass, and other instruments. An intuitive mixing console gives you control of volume, panning, solo/mute and effects routing during playback.
