Control D: Ad Blocker & Tracker Blocker

Control D blocks ads, protects privacy with tracker blocking, and speeds up browsing with private DNS routing

What is Control D?

Control D is an all-in-one Internet privacy and security service that provides ad blocking, tracker blocking, and a private DNS service. It aims to deliver a faster, safer, and ad-free browsing experience.

As an ad blocker, Control D removes intrusive ads from websites to provide a cleaner browsing experience and faster page loads. It blocks banner ads, pop-ups, video ads, and more. The ad blocking works across all major browsers.

Control D also blocks hidden tracker cookies and scripts that follow you around the web and collect data on your browsing habits. By blocking trackers, it prevents companies from gathering personal data without your consent and protects your online privacy.

In addition, Control D offers a private DNS service that routes all of your DNS requests through an encrypted network. This prevents your ISP or network provider from collecting your DNS query data or redirecting you to different sites. It also speeds up browsing by bypassing any delays introduced by your default DNS provider.

Other features include parental controls to block adult content, protection from malware and phishing sites, optimized video streaming for less buffering, custom content blocking, and the ability to block ads and trackers system-wide on your device outside of just your web browser.
