GIMIAS (Graphical Interface for Medical Image Analysis and Simulation) is an open-source software platform designed for biomedical research and clinical evaluation. It provides a graphical workflow editor and library of processing and simulation tools that allow users to create and execute complex pipelines for medical image computing and analysis.
