What is Glosium?
Glosium is a free and open-source web-based application for creating, managing, and sharing multilingual glossaries online. It is designed for teams who need to collaboratively build and access terminology databases across locations and devices.
With Glosium, teams can create unlimited public or private glossaries, categorized by subject. Terms can be added in multiple languages, along with definitions, images, tags, related terms, and other metadata. Robust search and filtering capabilities make it easy to quickly find terms.
Registered users can follow glossaries for updates. Glossaries and terms have discussion sections for commenting. Terms can be exported in TBX or CSV formats. An API is available for integrating glossaries into other applications.
Glosium is built using Django and ReactJS. It is mobile-friendly and accessible from any device with a browser. By being open-source and offering unlimited free glossaries, it is designed to make multilingual terminology management easy and affordable for any team.
