What is Music Player Mezzo?
Music Player Mezzo is an open-source, cross-platform music player application designed with a clean and intuitive user interface. Despite its simplicity, it includes many standard features music listeners expect from a modern media player.
Mezzo supports all common audio formats, including MP3, FLAC, WAV, and OGG Vorbis files. It can play files stored locally on your device as well as stream music from online sources. The player allows you to easily browse your music library, create and manage custom playlists, and queue up songs.
Beyond just song playback capabilities, Mezzo has a 10-band equalizer to customize the sound, and volume normalization feature. You can also shuffle and repeat songs and playlists. The player has global hotkeys so you can control music playback even when Mezzo isn't the active foreground application.
As an open-source project, Mezzo is completely free to download and use on Windows, MacOS, and Linux platforms. It prides itself on resource efficiency so it's lightweight system resource usage makes it good option even for older computers.
