What is WeRead?

weRead is a free, open source eBook reader and library management application available for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. It makes it easy to organize, manage and read your collection of eBooks in one place.

With weRead, you can catalog all your eBooks with information like title, author, publisher, publication date, ISBN, etc. It will automatically download metadata and cover images for books when possible. You can add books by directly importing ePUB, MOBI, PDF and other common eBook file formats. weRead supports managing books in a structured hierarchy with authors, genres, series, etc. Powerful search and filter capabilities make it easy to find books in your library.

The built-in eBook reader provides a comfortable reading experience with features like night mode, font/layout settings, bookmarks, highlights, annotations and more. Notes and highlights are synced across devices. You can continue reading from the last page on another device. It also supports eBook sync via cloud services like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.

weRead is available for Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. It is open source software released under the GPL v3 license. With support for the major desktop and mobile platforms and seamless syncing capabilities, weRead makes it easy to manage and enjoy your eBook collection from anywhere.
