Addictive Synth is a powerful and flexible software synthesizer plug-in for digital audio workstations like Ableton Live, Logic Pro, FL Studio, and more. Developed by German music software company XiLS-lab, Addictive Synth features four versatile synth engines for subtractive, FM, wavetable, and granular synthesis techniques.
The interface is centered around easy patch creation, with quick access to oscillators, filters, envelopes, LFOs, effects, and global parameters. Drag-and-drop modulation routing makes it simple to connect synth parameters for advanced sound design. Over 500 factory presets provide an inspirational starting point.
Addictive Synth really shines in its Effects tab, where 8 effect slots allow for extensive routing possibilities. From classic effects like chorus, delay, and reverb to more creative options like bitcrushing, frequency shifting, and beat-synced tremolo, the extensive effects options let you sculpt the perfect synth sound.
Additional features include an arpeggiator, sub oscillator, tempo sync for LFOs and envelopes, unison/detune for thicker sounds, and a flexible effects bus that lets you apply effects to specific parts of the synth engine signal. Available as VST/AU plug-in for Mac/Windows in 32/64 bit formats.
