High-Speed Ingestion and Retrieval of String Data Types - Text, JSON, HTML, XML, Log Files
What is Bigstring?
Bigstring is an open-source, high-performance NoSQL database optimized for storing and managing large volumes of string data. It is designed to provide fast ingestion speeds and low-latency queries for unstructured text data.
Unlike traditional databases which treat strings as blobs, Bigstring organizes string data into keywords and utilizes powerful indexing structures to deliver blazing-fast searches across terabytes of text. It supports full-text search, faceted search, highlighted search results and more right out of the box.
Some key capabilities and benefits of Bigstring include:
High-speed ingestion of string data from files, streams or applications
Advanced compression for reduced storage costs
Support for data volumes ranging from gigabytes to petabytes
Horizontal scalability across clusters for increased query capacity
Native integration with Hadoop and Spark for large-scale processing
Geo-replication and sharding for high availability
tunable consistency controls for system tradeoffs
Query results with highlighted search keyword matches
And more...
With its specialized text indexing and query execution, Bigstring can help organizations unlock value from massive volumes of untapped string data across applications like log analysis, IoT data, clickstream analytics, content management and more.
