The game takes place in a futuristic, dystopian setting where motorcycles have been replaced by anti-gravity hover vehicles. The player character is Ben, the leader of a motorcycle gang called the Polecats. As Ben is driving through the desert, he witness a hovercraft accident and tries to help the driver. This sets Ben on a dangerous adventure involving a motorcycle company called Corley Motors, which is the last domestic motorcycle manufacturer in this fictional world.

The game follows a point-and-click adventure style where players must solve puzzles and interact with characters to advance the story. The remastered version features hand-drawn backgrounds painted by the original artists at a higher 1080p resolution. It also has remastered audio and music. The gameplay itself remains unchanged from the original.
