Discover promotions, coupons, and discounts with Google Offers, a service that helped users save money from 2011 to 2013.
Google Offers was a service launched by Google in 2011 as a daily deals aggregation platform. It allowed users to browse deals, promotions, and coupons from local businesses which they could store in their Google Wallet accounts and redeem either online or in-stores.
The Google Offers service aimed to simplify deal hunting for consumers by partnering with various deal providers to showcase deals in one place. Users could search for deals by location or category. When they found an offer they liked, they could add it to their Google Wallet account with one click.
Once added, deals were easily accessible from both desktop and mobile. When making a purchase users could redeem the offer from their phone, allowing for convenient mobile payments via Google Wallet. Google Offers was discontinued in 2013 as part of a streamlining effort of Google's commerce services.
