Play Piskvork, a free and open-source online version of tic-tac-toe, against another player or an AI opponent in your browser.
Piskvork is a free, open-source browser-based implementation of the classic paper-and-pencil game tic-tac-toe. It allows two players to play against each other from anywhere in the world by simply sharing a URL. There is also an AI opponent for single player games.
When starting a new game, you can choose whether to play first or second. You can also select the difficulty level of the AI opponent if playing solo. Games can either be played in real-time, with both players moving at the same time on the shared board, or in turn-based mode where players alternate placing their X's and O's.
The interface is very simple and intuitive. Players take turns placing their symbol in an empty square by clicking on it. The first to get three in a row horizontally, vertically, or diagonally wins. There is an option for a computer voice to announce the winner.
Beyond the classic 3x3 grid, Piskvork also allows playing on larger boards up to 30x30 in size, enabling more complex strategy and longer games if desired. Players can choose a custom board size at the start of a new game.
By supporting multiplayer gameplay along with AI opponents across unlimited board sizes, Piskvork provides a flexible and accessible way to enjoy tic-tac-toe for free from any modern browser.
