Discover Subway Surfers, an addictive endless runner mobile game by Kiloo and SYBO Games, where you play as young graffiti artists racing through railroad tracks to evade capture.
Subway Surfers is an endless running mobile game co-developed by Kiloo, a private company based in Denmark and SYBO Games. It was released in 2012 and is available on Android, iOS, Kindle, and Windows Phone platforms.
In the game, players take the role of young graffiti artists who, upon being caught in the act of spraying graffiti on a metro railway site by an inspector and his dog, run through the railroad tracks to escape capture. The player must swipe left or right to avoid oncoming trains, obstacles, tunnels and other barriers while simultaneously collecting coins, power-ups, and other bonuses to keep running for as long as possible.
The game uses bright and colorful cartoon-style graphics along with vibrant city environments and subway scenes. As the player runs, the camera follows the character from behind. The game never ends, with the speed and difficulty of obstacles increasing progressively. Players can perform hoverboards, super sneakers, magnets, score multipliers and currencies to overcome obstacles and achieve a higher score.
Additional characters, hoverboards and other customization options are unlocked as the player gains more points and completes in-game missions and challenges. Leaderboards and achievements through social networks allow players to share scores and compete with friends. With its simple, addictive gameplay, Subway Surfers became an extremely popular and highly downloaded mobile title within months of its release.
