What is Real Boxing (Series)?

The Real Boxing series is a collection of boxing video games created by the Polish game developer Vivid Games. The first title in the series, Real Boxing, was released in 2012 for iOS and Android devices. It featured 3D visuals and intuitive touchscreen controls to deliver an authentic boxing simulation.

In Real Boxing, players create their own boxer and guide them through an extensive career mode, taking on opponents of increasing difficulty across different weight divisions. The gameplay puts an emphasis on strategy, with players able to target specific areas of an opponent's body and employ different punching techniques. Defensive maneuvers like dodging, blocking, and clinching are also important.

The series continued in 2013 with Real Boxing 2, introducing enhancements like new gameplay cameras, improved opponent AI, and the ability to compete against other players' boxers asynchronously. Real Boxing 2 Rocker in 2014 added real-time multiplayer matches. The latest entry, Real Boxing Manny Pacquiao, launched in 2015 and included Filipino icon Manny Pacquiao as a playable fighter.
