Sharp Construct is a powerful yet easy to use game creator aimed at beginner and indie developers. With its visual event system and drag and drop behaviors, complete games can be built without needing to write any code.
Users can create 2D, 2.5D and 3D games and deploy them to multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, HTML5, Android and iOS. The intuitive interface and behaviors make it perfect for beginners just starting out while also having enough advanced functionality and extensibility for experienced developers.
Features include sprite manipulation tools, visual shader editing, particle systems, vertex animation, path finding AI, box2D physics, custom extensibility with plugins and behaviors written in C# and much more. The free edition has no limits or splash screens making it great for learning before upgrading to the paid version to remove the Construct logo when publishing.
