What is This Is The Final Form?
This Is The Final Form is a browser-based fighting game with retro pixel art graphics. Players select from a cast of characters who can transform into upgraded, more powerful versions of themselves mid-battle.
The controls are simple with arrow keys for movement and the Z, X, and C keys for attacks. Special moves are performed with fighting game-style quarter circle and zig-zag motions. Transformations occur automatically when a character's special meter fills up from dealing and taking damage.
There are both 1v1 matches against AI or local multiplayer available. The gameplay has depth with combos, counters, and EX moves, but is also accessible for casual players. There is an in-game shop to unlock additional characters and skins.
