What is Exit Fate?

Exit Fate is an indie role-playing game developed as freeware by Australian developer Daniel Hodges using the Enterbrain RPG Maker 2000 software. Inspired by cult classic JRPGs like Suikoden and Final Fantasy Tactics, it was designed to recapture the magic of classic 32-bit era RPGs.

Spanning over 100 hours of gameplay, Exit Fate follows the story of Daniel Vinyard and his band of allies as they get caught up in a brewing war for independence in the Kingdom of Zelmony. It features a roster of 75 playable characters to recruit, each with their own backstories and side quests. Party members can be used in turn-based, tactical battles across over 200 map environments.
