What is Framaroot?
Framaroot is an Android application designed to root Android devices quickly and easily, without requiring a computer connection. It works by exploiting certain vulnerabilities present in some devices' firmware.
When launched, Framaroot will detect if the device can be exploited and offer options to root the device if vulnerabilities are found. It supports one-click rooting on many Samsung, HTC, Sony, and other devices.
Once rooted with Framaroot, users gain full administrative access over the Android operating system. This allows installing custom firmware, removing bloatware, blocking ads, tweaking performance and UI, and many other advanced functions.
As Framaroot relies on exploiting vulnerabilities, it does carry a small risk of temporarily bricking the device if the process fails. However, for most devices the process is quite reliable.
