HotelsCombined is a hotel metasearch engine that allows users to compare hotel room rates from different booking sites in one place. Founded in 2005, the site searches major online travel agencies (OTAs) like Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, Hotels.com and Priceline to find the best available rates on over 2 million hotels worldwide.
When a user performs a hotel search on HotelsCombined, the site will check all its partner booking sites and display a list of available rooms for that hotel sorted by price, star rating, etc. Users can filter search results easily by neighborhood, landmarks or facilities.
A key feature of HotelsCombined is its price comparison grid that shows users the different rates being offered on different sites for the same room. This allows travelers to easily identify the booking site offering the best rate. The site also displays reviews from multiple sources to help users evaluate hotels.
