What is Fontself Maker?
Fontself Maker is a user-friendly font editor and font generator that enables graphic designers to easily convert their vector drawings and logos into fully functional OpenType fonts without writing a single line of code. It integrates smoothly into a designer's workflow, operating as a plugin within Adobe Illustrator or Affinity Designer.
With Fontself, designers can quickly turn a logo or icon set into a custom font in just a few clicks. Once the vector artwork is imported, Fontself analyzes the shapes and contours and automatically generates the font characters along with extensive OpenType coding in the background. Designers have a high level of visual control throughout the process using the intuitive GUI to customize every aspect of their typeface design.
The generated fonts work across all operating systems and softwares that support OpenType fonts. Designers can also export variable fonts, color fonts, and apply advanced OpenType features such as ligatures, small caps, and alternate glyphs.
