What is Oevo?

Oevo is an open-source, self-hosted project management application that provides teams with useful and powerful tools to manage projects effectively. It includes features such as Kanban boards, interactive Gantt charts, tasks, issues and bugs, milestones, timesheets, reports, and more.

Oevo's flexible Kanban boards allow teams to visualize work, limit work-in-progress, and map out process flows. The boards support swimlanes, labels, filters, and real-time updates so teams always have an accurate view of the progress of work. Teams can create custom workflows and board views tailored to how they want to manage projects.

Detailed tasks keep everyone on the same page by providing descriptions, assignees, start/due dates, time estimates, priorities, milestones, comments, attachments, and more. Issues and bugs can be tracked and prioritized with similar details to keep software development flowing smoothly.

With interactive Gantt charts, you can view all tasks across projects on a timeline to detect dependencies and identify the critical path. Adjusting tasks automatically reschedules dependent tasks. Milestones help teams wrap up projects iteratively by organizing tasks into meaningful groups.

Oevo generates over a dozen custom reports so you can analyze how projects and teams are performing from any angle, including budget vs actual costs, estimate accuracy, task throughput, and more.
