What is Flinto?
Flinto is a prototyping and mockup tool used to create interactive prototypes and mockups for mobile, web, and desktop applications. It provides a simple drag-and-drop interface to quickly add elements like text, images, buttons, form fields and more to artboards and link between artboards to create a clickable prototype.
Some key features of Flinto include:
- Intuitive drag-and-drop interface to add and arrange elements on artboards
- Extensive component library for iOS, Android, web, and custom UI elements
- Linking between artboards to create interactive, clickable prototypes
- Fixed elements that scroll with the artboard like sticky headers
- Scrollable artboards for long pages
- Animations and transitions between artboards
- Preview on device via Flinto for Mac app or Flinto Preview apps
- Support for gestures like tap, swipe, pinch, etc.
- Export prototypes to apps or share online
- Import designs from Sketch or Adobe XD
- Collaboration capabilities to share and get feedback
Flinto is used by designers, product managers, developers and more to quickly create and iterate on interactive prototypes to validate ideas and concepts without coding. The prototypes can look very realistic and can be tested on actual devices. Flinto plugins for Sketch and Adobe XD also help build prototypes right from the design tool.
