What is HummingBoard?

HummingBoard is a series of small, low-cost single-board computers made by SolidRun. It is designed to provide an affordable platform for software and hardware development and prototyping.

The HummingBoard hardware is designed around ARM processors like the Freescale i.MX6. Models include the HummingBoard Base, HummingBoard Pro, and HummingBoard Gate that have varying CPU speed, memory capacity, and number of ports.

The software runs Linux distributions like Debian or Android. The HummingBoard has Ethernet, HDMI, USB, and GPIO ports for connecting displays, keyboards, storage, and other peripherals. It also has expansion port headers for connecting to other boards and hardware.
