What is PAC Manager?
PAC Manager is a free and open source software application for Microsoft Windows that provides an intuitive graphical user interface to create, edit, validate, and manage proxy auto-configuration (PAC) files. It aims to make PAC file management easier than using a regular text editor.
With PAC Manager, users can build PAC logic visually by adding conditional statements, functions, and variables instead of writing JavaScript code.
