Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is a 2D platform video game developed by Black Forest Games and published by bitComposer Entertainment. It is the third game in the Giana Sisters series and a sequel to the 1987 Commodore 64 title The Great Giana Sisters.

The game follows twin sisters Giana and Maria who find themselves trapped in a twisted dream world. They have the ability to morph the dream world between two parallel universes: a dark and gloomy nightmare realm, and a bright and cheerful fantasy world. Players control Giana on her quest through the strange dreamscape, shifting between the two parallel worlds to overcome obstacles and solve environmental puzzles across over 30 levels.

The core gameplay centers around fast-paced and fluid platforming action. Giana can perform jumps, spins, slides and stomps to traverse tricky environments filled with enemies, obstacles, moving platforms and more. Shifting between worlds morphs the levels themselves, transforming platforms, environmental objects and hazards in real-time to open up new paths.

The game features beautifully hand-drawn HD graphics with a stylized design aesthetic that varies dramatically between the two parallel universes. The soundtrack dynamically adapts to universe shifts, blending numerous musical styles including chiptune and metal.
