What is Shrib?
Shrib is a free and open-source web application that serves as an alternative to Scribd, the popular proprietary document sharing platform. Developed by a community of developers, Shrib aims to provide similar functionality to Scribd while being entirely free to use.
Like Scribd, Shrib allows users to upload PDFs, Microsoft Office documents, ebooks, and more. Uploaded documents can be made either publicly accessible or private and shared with specific users. The platform supports commenting and embedding documents on other websites.
