What is Arma (Series)?
Arma is a long-running series of hardcore military tactical shooter games developed and published by Czech company Bohemia Interactive. The first game in the series, Arma: Cold War Assault, was released in 2001. Since then, new mainline titles and expansion packs have been released periodically.
The Arma games are known for their very large open-world environments, realistic gameplay mechanics, in-depth weapon systems and equipment modeling, and emphasis on coordination and tactics for players working together as a team. Core gameplay revolves around infantry combat, but the games also feature a wide variety of air and land vehicles that players can pilot and drive.
