What is Banished?

Banished is a city-building strategy and survival simulation game developed by indie studio Shining Rock Software. You control a group of people who have been exiled and are trying to build a new home to create a thriving town.

The game has challenging survival elements, as your citizens can die of starvation, cold, disease, or old age. Natural disasters like tornadoes and fires can also decimate your population. You'll need to keep a careful balance as your town expands from a small village into a bustling town.
