In Smite, players take on the role of gods, goddesses, and other mythological figures from pantheons around the world, including Greek, Egyptian, Norse, Chinese, Japanese, Celtic, and more. Each god and goddess has a unique set of abilities that enable them to fulfill distinct roles like tank, damage dealer, support, etc.
The main game mode features two teams of five players. The goal is to work with your team to destroy the opposing team's titan while defending your own. Players must clear waves of minion AI troops, gain experience and gold by defeating enemies and objectives, and purchase items to increase their battle prowess.
There are also additional casual and ranked game modes with alternative maps and different objectives. Players can choose from over 115 gods and immortive themselves in mythology from around the world.
With frequent updates, new gods, and vibrant graphics, Smite stands out from other MOBAs and offers a more action-oriented third-person perspective for players.
