In Fortnite Battle Royale, players parachute onto an island map that contains various weapons, building materials, and other items scattered around. Over the course of the match, a deadly storm shrinks the playable area of the map, forcing players closer together and into combat. Players must scavenge items, build structures and fortifications, and eliminate other players until only one player or team remains alive at the end to win the match.
