What is FINAL FANTASY XIV (Series)?

FINAL FANTASY XIV is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and published by Square Enix as part of the long-running Final Fantasy series. Set in the high fantasy world of Eorzea, players create a customized avatar and explore an expansive open world, battle enemies using various weapons and magic spells, join player guilds known as Free Companies, take on quests, dungeons, raids and more solo or cooperatively with others.
