What is Seven - 7 Minute Workout?

Seven is a free mobile app that provides a complete 7-minute workout designed to help you get fit and stay healthy. Developed by Perigee, Seven features a high intensity interval training (HIIT) routine that is structured into 12 different 30-second exercises targeting major muscle groups, with 10-second rests in between.

The 12 exercises included in the 7-minute routine are: jumping jacks, wall sit, push-up, abdominal crunch, step-up onto chair, squat, tricep dip on chair, plank, high knees running in place, lunge, push-up and rotate, and side plank. The exercises can all be performed using just bodyweight and do not require any equipment, allowing users the flexibility to complete an effective 7-minute workout anytime, anywhere.

Seven guides users through the 12 exercises with voice, video, and visual demonstrations, countdown timers for each movement, and short resting periods.
